1 500g panetone
1 liter of cream ice cream
1 500g panetone
1 liter of cream ice cream
Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before preparing the recipe to allow it to soften
Cut a horizontal slice from the panetone, alongside its base
With a sharp knife, remove the bread core
Leave one side with about 2 cm of more crust throughout
Be careful not to perforate the sides
Fill with cream ice cream and replace the cut slice
Wrap in plastic film and place in the freezer for hours
Remove from the freezer an hour before serving.
