In a bowl, combine the flours, wheat germ, sugar, yeast, and salt
Mix until just combined
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and eggs
Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened
Use only 1/3 cup of batter per pancake
Cook in a greased skillet over medium heat, flipping when bubbles appear on the surface
Serve hot with butter and honey.
