Filling
1/2 cup of mashed banana
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons of brandy
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
Sauce
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 red banana, peeled and sliced into thin pieces

Prepare the pancakes using 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake
For the filling, mash the banana with butter and cinnamon
Add the brandy slowly and mix well
Add the chopped nuts
Spread a little of this mixture over each pancake
Fold the pancake in half, then fold again to form a triangle
Arrange on a plate and refrigerate until serving
To serve, place butter and honey in a skillet over medium heat
Heat well
Add orange juice and sliced banana
Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Arrange the folded pancakes in the sauce and heat well
Pour 2 tablespoons of brandy into a cup
Ignite and pour flambéed over the sauce, flipping the pan to coat the pancakes evenly until the flames die out
Serve as dessert.
