Massa:
3 tablets of biological yeast (45 g)

6 tablespoons of sugar
4 eggs

1/4 cup of toasted and ground peanuts
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
Filling:
1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of toasted and ground peanuts
1 egg, beaten for brushing

Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with milk
Gradually add sugar, eggs, margarine, peanuts, all-purpose flour, and baking powder
Mix until smooth
Cover and let it rest for an hour
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and shape into a 1 cm thick rectangle
Filling:
Mix peanut butter and peanuts, spread over the dough, and roll into a log
Shape the log by joining the ends
Brush with beaten egg and reserve for another 20 minutes
Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes
Remove when golden brown.
