1 In a large mixing bowl, place the flour and create a well in the center
Add the yeast dissolved in sugar, egg, and oil
Mix until smooth
2 In a blender, beat the milk with the carrots and salt
Add to the mixture and knead the dough until it is homogeneous
Let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Bake the oven at 220°C
3 Knead the dough again, shape the cakes, and place them in greased molds with butter
