Place 1/4 of the flour on a flat surface or table
Make a hole in the middle and place the yeast there
Dilute with a little warm water
Mix well and shape into a ball
Cut a cross on top and let it rise in a protected area until it doubles in volume
Place the remaining flour on the table or flat surface, leaving a hole in the middle

Wet the dough and knead well
Combine the sugar and salt dissolved in a little water
After that, add the butter, slightly softened
Open the dough on the flat surface and place the yeast mixture (prepared beforehand with the yeast) in the middle
Mix everything very well

Let it rise in a protected area
Add the raisins and place it in a mold, leaving a hole in the middle, greased, and fill to the half
