6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 egg
5 1/2 cups of wheat flour

100g of melted butter

Dissolve the yeast in the sugar
Add the milk, egg, flour, cream of milk, and melted butter
Work the dough and let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Filled with
Mix the condensed milk and coconut
Open the dough, brush with melted butter, and spread the filling
Roll it up like a croissant, cut into 5cm slices
Place in a greased baking dish and let it rest for 30 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes

Mix the coconut milk and sugar and distribute over the warm pies.
