Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (220°C)

Magnetically grease muffin tin forms generously

In a bowl, place rapid mix

Add sugar and mix well

Hold back

In another small bowl, mix egg, milk or water

Combine with dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Fill prepared muffin tin forms to 2/3 capacity

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
