Mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
Add the butter or margarine to small pieces and mix with a fork
Add the milk and knead quickly with the fork until a ball forms
Knead five or six times by hand and open the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm
Cut into round pastry shapes using a biscuit cutter
Place on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate at least an hour before baking, or bake immediately in a hot oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes
Yield: 14 little pastries
