A pinch of dried thyme, crushed
6 French bread puffs cut in half lengthwise

Mix all the ingredients well and spread the mixture over the cut surface of the puffs
Wrap each half puff in aluminum foil
Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (170°C) and bake for 10 minutes
To serve, cut each half in half vertically.
