Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
Meanwhile, prepare the pesto sauce
Blend the garlic and olive oil in a blender
Add the breadcrumbs, radicchio, and parsley
Blend for another minute
Transfer to a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese
Stir gently and season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Drain the pasta and reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking water
Combine the pasta with the pesto sauce and adjust seasoning with reserved water
Stir well and serve immediately.
