1 cup of low-fat natural yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey
1 or 2 packets of stevia sweetener
2 tablespoons of toasted shredded coconut

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and coconut milk
Refrigerate
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, add vanilla, honey, and stevia, then fold in
Combine with the refrigerated mixture
Place in glasses and chill for another half hour
Just before serving, sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top.
