In a blender or food processor, add the anchovy paste
Gradually add the anchovies, garlic, parsley, and eggs
Blend well
Add the red wine vinegar and blend again
With the blender on low speed, slowly pour in the olive oil until you reach a mayonnaise-like consistency
Add breadcrumbs and blend once more
Transfer to a bowl
Spread onto baguette slices, toasted bread etc
Use approximately 80 tablespoons.
