1 small mango with skin, cut into cubes
6 small pineapple slices

Place the drained tuna, green pimentos, onion, and mayonnaise in a refrigerator form
Mix well
Add the mango chunks and mix
Serve individual plates with pineapple slices on top and spoon the tuna paste over
Garnish with lettuce leaves
Serve chilled.
