Soak the cod in water for a day or two
Cook the cod and potatoes together
Mash the potatoes well after they're cooked
Remove the skin and bones from the cod
Place the cod on a cloth, fold the cloth over it, and massage it well on a clean surface until it's well shredded
Combine the mashed potato mixture with the cod, finely chopped onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Add the eggs one by one, stirring well until the mixture has the consistency to form the cakes
Use 2 spoons to shape the cakes and fry them in hot oil
Drain well on paper towels
Finally, you'll have about 76 cakes.
