1 roll of fairground-style pastry dough (300g)
150g of fresh white cheese, cubed
2 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
Salt to taste

Cut the dough into 12cm-diameter discs using a cookie cutter (the pastries will have a crescent shape)
In a bowl, mix together the cheese, tomatoes, and season with salt and oregano
Fill the pastries, closing the edges with a fork
Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place in a greased baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
