egg yolk for brushing

Roll out or use a machine
Cut the dough with a cup
MIX together prosciutto, cooked eggs, and cheddar cheese with 1 raw egg
Place one tablespoon of this filling on each piece of dough
Fold and press the edges
Brush the pinwheels with egg yolk and bake them in the oven.
