500g of chicken breast
3/4 cup of heavy cream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of cognac
2 tablespoons of chicken fat or butter
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
500g of chicken breast

Wash the chicken breast and blend it together with the remaining ingredients in a liquidizer
If it doesn't all fit at once, blend in two batches
Pour everything into a greased mold and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a water bath at medium heat for approximately 2 hours or until well browned and cooked
Let it cool and demold.
