Pork Filling
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of wheat flour

500g of lean pork, finely ground
1 medium-sized chopped onion

2 cups of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
6 cooked lasagna sheets, cut in half

1 tablespoon of honey (in the 1 tablespoon of soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
1 pinch of salt

Pork Filling
Heat the olive oil in a pan
Add the onion, pork, sugar, soy sauce, cinnamon, and black pepper
Cook over high heat until the pork is cooked through and falls apart easily
Combine the wheat flour and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly
Season with salt, remove from heat, and add the green onion
Roll Rolls
Distribute two tablespoons of the filling near one of the smaller edges of each lasagna sheet and roll them up, forming a cylinder and compressing well
Arrange the rolls on a plate, cover, and refrigerate until the next day to set
Gently beat the eggs
Mix in the baking powder and wheat flour
Heat the breadcrumbs in a pan
Coat one roll with the egg mixture and fry immediately until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Repeat the process until all rolls are used up
Sauce
Combine the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes or until boiling
Serve hot with the pork rolls still warm.
