In a medium bowl, season the meat with salt, garlic, and parsley
In a large frying pan, heat 4 tablespoons of oil over high heat
Fry small portions of the meat at a time, transferring them to a plate
Repeat until all the meat is fried
When finished frying all the meat, return it to the frying pan and add the potato, green beans, and remaining oil
Mix well
Add the water and mix, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon
Add the orange zest strips, reduce heat, and cook until the potato and green beans are tender but still crispy
