Bake the sugar with the eggs until it becomes a white mixture
Heat the heavy cream to boiling, pour over the eggs, add the vanilla and mix well
Soak the biscuits in this creamy mixture until they absorb well
Line an 11.5 x 28.5 cm English cake pan with parchment paper
Layer a biscuit base in the pan and cover it with a bit of cream
Top with a little pineapple and alternate layers, adding more biscuits, cream, and pineapple
Cover with parchment paper and refrigerate for one day to the next
Unmold and, if desired, serve with whipped cream
