1 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Preheat the oven to a low temperature
Assemble the baking sheet with wax paper
In a stand mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Add half of the confectioner's sugar and continue whipping
Mix in the remaining confectioner's sugar, apple cider vinegar, and cornstarch
Pour spoonfuls of the mixture to form ten 8cm-diameter circles
Smooth with the back of a spatula to form a disk
Bake for 50 minutes or until firm
Covering
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Arrange the whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruit salad
Serve.
