2 small chicken breasts, bone-in and skinless (750 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice (600 ml)
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 drops hot pepper sauce
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400°F (quente)
Season the chicken with salt and place in a medium baking dish
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients
Brush the chicken with this mixture
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes
Remove the foil and continue baking, basting occasionally, until lightly golden brown
Transfer to a serving plate and serve
