Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and pound to a thickness of about 1 cm
Season one side of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Spread half of the mayonnaise and sprinkle with half of the toasted breadcrumbs, chopped pickles, and hot sauce
Gently press the mixture into the meat
Place in a baking dish lined with butter or margarine, with the breadcrumb side down
Season the other side, spread the remaining mayonnaise, and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs
Dot with melted butter or margarine
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes
Transfer to a serving dish
Top with the juices from the baking dish and garnish with lemon slices
