4 portions of your preferred fish (namorado, vermelho or cavala) (520 g)
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices (240 g)
1 pot of natural yogurt (200 g)
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
4 portions of your preferred fish (namorado, vermelho or cavala) (520 g)

Season the fish portions with salt and lime juice
In a medium skillet, add the olive oil and fish
Cover and cook over high heat for 3 minutes
Flip the fish, reduce the heat, cover, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes or until, when you pierce a piece of fish with a fork, it falls apart in flakes
In the same skillet, add the tomato and yogurt, cover again, and let it warm up well
Remove from heat
Transfer the fish to a serving dish, mix well the yogurt with the tomato in the skillet and spoon over the fish
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot
