4 fish fillets

Preheat the oven to 220°C
Wash and dry the fish
Marinate with lemon juice, garlic minced, and salt
Let it sit for ten minutes
Dredge the fish in all-purpose flour, then beaten egg, and finally Italian breadcrumbs
In a frying pan, heat enough oil to fry the fish on both sides
Drain on paper towels
In a serving dish, place a layer of tomato sauce and arrange the fish fillets
Top with the remaining tomato sauce and grated mozzarella cheese
Add tomato slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley
Serve when the cheese has melted.
