In a medium baking dish, season the picanha with salt, garlic, and black pepper
Place it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes
Drizzle 1/2 cup of orange juice over the meat and let it cook for another 15 minutes
Add more 1 cup of orange juice and let it cook until golden brown (about 35 minutes)
Flip the picanha and let it cook for about 20 minutes
Combine the remaining juice and let it cook until caramelized, then transfer to a serving dish
