5 cups of pre-cooked popped corn

1 chunk of smoked linguiça sausage, cut into small pieces

Cook the bacon in a pan over high heat, stirring frequently, until crispy
Remove from the pan and set aside
Add the oil and color to the pan and heat well
Reduce the heat to medium, add the linguiça and cook until golden brown
Add the cassava flour and cook, stirring for 2 minutes
Remove from the heat and process in a processor with the bacon and red pepper sauce
Place the popped corn in a bowl and add the linguiça mixture
Mix well and serve.
