How to prepare the fish
Combine seasonings in a blender with a little water
Blend until it forms a paste
Cut the fish into four pieces
Rub the seasoned paste all over each piece
Then, coat them in flour
Fry the fish in hot oil
Serve with vinaigrette sauce, rice, fried banana, and banana farofa
Prepare the vinaigrette sauce
Chop the onion, chives, and tomato into small pieces
Combine in a bowl with vinegar and salt
Prepare the banana farofa
Dice a banana
Fry it in margarine (which should be plenty), adding green seasoning (onion, garlic, cilantro, chives, and salt)
When the banana is well browned, pour tapioca flour into the frying pan
Mix everything very well until the flour turns golden.
