2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup of water
Filling:
1 bunch of spinach (only the leaves)
3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of milk
to taste
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes (seedless)
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

Filling:

Prepare the dough: combine with yeast and salt
Add the butter and mix until a crumbly texture forms
Add the water, mix, and knead
Roll out the dough in a 35 cm diameter pizza pan
Poke holes all over the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
Spread the filling on top of the dough and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced tomatoes
Bake again until the cheese is melted
Prepare the filling: wash the spinach, cook without adding water until soft
Drain lightly and chop finely
Add to a pan with whole wheat flour and milk
Season with salt to taste
Simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly and use.
