2 individual pre-baked pizza crusts (200g each)
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce (25ml)
1 cup of diced tomatoes (50g) and no seeds
1 cup of cooked chicken breast, shredded (60g)
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion (15g)
1 cup of well-chopped mozzarella cheese (50g)

Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the pizza crusts
Add the diced tomatoes, shredded chicken, mozzarella, and green onion
Preheat the oven (10-15 minutes) to medium temperature (220°C) and bake each pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the mozzarella is well melted
Extra touch: Sprinkle a few red pepper flakes over the filling after baking the pizza
Serving suggestion: Serve with a mixed green salad (lettuce, radicchio, arugula) and thinly sliced onions and cherry tomatoes.
