1 semi-prepared pizza crust for a 26 cm diameter pizza (120 g)
4 tablespoons of tomato puree
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped (50 g)
3.5 teaspoons of olive oil
3.5 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves (well-packed in the box), washed and dry on paper towels
salt and black pepper to taste
100 g of cooked ham, diced
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
2 small tomatoes or 6 cherry tomatoes, cut into slices (120 g)
3 balls of mozzarella cheese (150 g)
2 tablespoons of chopped oregano

Sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened
Add the spinach leaves and let them wilt
Season to taste
Mix the ham with the yogurt and set aside
Brush the pizza crust with tomato puree
Make a line with a knife on the puree, dividing the crust into 4 parts; in each part place one of the ingredients, that is, spinach, ham, cheese, and tomatoes
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
Put it in the preheated hot oven (220°C) and bake for about 15 minutes to warm and melt the cheese
Serve for 3 people.
