1 semi-baked pizza crust (150g)
250g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bunch of spinach (about 1 kg) or escarole, washed, dried, and chopped coarsely
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to a medium heat in a large skillet
Add the vegetables
Cover the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently
Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste
Cook without covering for 2 minutes
Drain well
Preheat the oven to hot temperature (400°F)
Place the semi-baked pizza crust in an oven-safe dish
Spread the mozzarella cheese over the crust
Cover with vegetables, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the topping is hot
Serve in 12 slices.
