500 g of ground beef
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup (scant) milk
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup (scant) green olive, pitted and finely chopped
100 g cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup (scant) all-purpose flour
1 egg
Salt to taste
150 g bacon strips
500 g of ground beef

150 g bacon strips
In a bowl, soak the egg yolks in milk and chop well
Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, green olive, cooked ham, flour, egg, salt, and mix well to form a mass
Shape into a 10 x 20 cm loaf, placing bacon slices leaving some overhang on the sides
Place the meat mixture pressing firmly
Close with bacon strips, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
Remove the foil and broil for an additional 10 minutes approximately.
