Rinse and pat dry the fish portions
Place them in a shallow baking dish greased with butter or oil, with enough capacity for 1 1/2 liters, and preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Let it bake for 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through when tested with a fork
While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce
Combine in a pan 1 can of tomato sauce, green olives, parsley, salt, black pepper, and oregano
Heat over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly
Pour it over the fish portions
Return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld together
Serve hot.
