In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the butter: use it to grease a ring mold well
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) with a water bath for 30-25 minutes
Let it rest for 5 minutes
Unmold onto a warmed plate
If desired, garnish with cooked carrots, cut into rounds
Serve hot.
