2 cups of mashed potato

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water
Drain well and season with lemon juice, butter, and pepper
Grease a baking dish and line it with half the mashed potato mixture to which you have added the two eggs
Place the cauliflower florets on top of the potato mixture, then cover with the hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Top with the remaining potato mixture and bake in a hot oven until the potatoes are tender.
