1 package of maria-mole mix
1 cup (cha) of warm water
1 can of cream of milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup (cha) of milk

1 glass jar of 200g of passionfruit gelato
2 spoons (sopa) of warm water
1/2 spoon (cha) of grated ginger (optional)

Dissolve the maria-mole mix in the cup of warm water
Transfer to a blender and add the remaining ingredients
Blend until a homogeneous mixture forms
Pour into an oiled mold and refrigerate for five hours
Make the custard: Mix all the ingredients together and blend vigorously
Unmold the pudding and serve chilled with the custard.
