100g semi-sweet chocolate tablets, cut into small squares

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the semi-sweet chocolate and blend in a blender or processor until smooth
Grease an 18cm diameter ring mold with butter
Place half of the mixture in the mold and top with the chocolate squares
Cover with the remaining mixture
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated, in a water bath, for 30 minutes
Let cool slightly and demold
Serve with whipped cream if desired
