Place the grated cheddar cheese in the pudding form and put it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until caramelized
Distribute the caramel evenly inside the form. Reserve

Preheat the oven to a medium temperature
With a wooden spoon, beat the eggs with the grated cheese and butter
Add the flour, milk, and shredded Minas cheese and mix well
Place in the pudding form and bake in a water bath for one hour and 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let it cool
Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving
