Peel of 1 1/2 lemons

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

Beat egg yolks until thickened
Add lemon peel and juice
Mix flour with sugar and add to egg yolks, whisking well
Add milk gradually, whisking well
Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into mixture
Pour into 4-6 individual ramekins (may be Pyrex)
Place ramekins in a baking dish with water and bake at moderate temperature for 45 minutes
