Preheat the oven to 400°F (quarantine)
Grease a ring mold or cake pan with butter, 22 cm in diameter
Set aside
In a blender, combine 3 cups of green corn, milk, and beat until you get a thick and smooth paste
Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining corn and other ingredients
Mix well
Pour into the prepared mold
Place in a preheated oven with a water bath (place hot water in a large, deep pan and put the pudding mold on top of it)
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (about 1 hour)
Remove from the oven, let cool, remove from the mold, and serve immediately
