Dough
2 cups of wheat flour
2/3 cup of butter, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 teaspoon of salt
Filling
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 package of bacon strips cut into small pieces
2 cups of milk
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
Dough

To make the dough, sift together the flour and yeast
Add the butter, egg, water, and salt
Mix just until combined
Let it rest
Roll out the dough with your hands, lining the bottom and sides of a baking dish
Keep the dough in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling, which is made as follows: fry the bacon pieces but do not let them become too hard
Drain on paper towels
Warm the milk slightly
Brush the dough with one of the egg whites and fold it into the pan
Spread the shredded cheese, bacon, and onion over the dough
Mix together the whole eggs and warm milk, beating with a fork
Add the chopped parsley, green onions, and black pepper
Pour this cream over the bacon and cheese
Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown on top
Serve hot in the same baking dish.
