Grease a 23 cm diameter round cake pan with butter and dust with cocoa powder, reserving the pan
Set aside
In a blender, beat all the ingredients quickly
Pour into the reserved pan and microwave on high for 8 minutes
Remove, let cool and unmold
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
