Fry the onion in butter or margarine until translucent in a frying pan
Add the wheat and cook well for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Gradually add the water or vegetable broth, stirring constantly
Cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Add the egg to the frying pan along with the toasted hazelnuts, parsley, and soy sauce
Mix well and adjust seasoning as desired by adding salt and black pepper
Place in a refractory form greased, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 15 minutes
Cut into squares
Serves 4-6 people
Serve with rice and roasted vegetables, such as broccoli.
