1 kg of okra

Wash the okra and dry it with paper towels
Remove the tips and cut into 1 cm pieces
Season with salt and pepper and set aside
Beat the eggs with milk and set aside
Mix the cornmeal with flour and set aside
Add the okra to the egg mixture and mix until all the pieces are coated
Add the cornmeal mixture and repeat the process
Heat the oil and fry the okra in batches for two minutes
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately
