Pastry Dough
2 cups (ch 1) of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of yogurt
Filling
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Small onion finely chopped
200g of beef, cut into cubes
1 jar of palm heart, diced (220g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of cream
3 tablespoons of grated cheese

Pastry Dough
In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, and yogurt
Work the dough until it comes away from your hands
Use this dough to line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter mold with a removable base. Reserve
Filling
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and beef, then add the palm heart
Season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley
Let it cool
Blend the eggs, milk, and cream in a blender
Season with salt and pepper
Place the filling over the pastry dough, top with the cheese mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
