Mix the flour with the butter and cheese
Using two forks, make a sort of dough
Add the cold water gradually
Knead well with your hands and spread the dough on a floured surface
Use the dough to line a removable bottom pan
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the dough is baked
