Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the top is dry and the bottom is golden brown
The crepe is only fried on one side

Let them cool
For filling, place 1/4 cup of filling in each crepe over the fried side
Fold two sides to the middle and roll to cover the entire filling
Place in a flat dish
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a day or two
Before serving, fry in plenty of oil
