1 1/2 cups of banana slices
1 tablespoon of lime juice
2 cups of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of orange zest
2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1 large egg, beaten
250g of fresh green beans, peeled
2 chicken breasts weighing 1 1/2 kg each
1 1/2 cups of banana slices
1 tablespoon of lime juice

250g of fresh green beans, peeled
2 chicken breasts weighing 1 1/2 kg each
Combine the bananas, lime juice, parsley, salt, orange zest, melted butter or margarine, and egg
Mix well
Chop the green beans into smaller pieces, fry them until crispy, and drain
Add the green beans to the mixture from step 1 and mix everything carefully
Stuff the banana filling into the chicken breasts or use it as a topping for roasted chicken
Do not overfill, as this may cause the skin to tear
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for approximately 2 hours.
